This is a 45-minute phone consultation with Licensed Esthetician, Face Reality Acne Expert, and Nutrition Coach, Alana Kagan. Depending on your acne severity, the consultation takes 15 minutes up to 30 to 45 minutes for a detailed assessment of skin history, lifestyle triggers, and custom home care routing. Prior to your consultation, please send 3–5 photos of your acne in natural lighting without makeup (1 front-facing, 1 left side profile, 1 right side profile) via email to wellnessbylani@gmail.com for Alana to review. 100% of the $75 consultation cost acts as a credit toward your Face Reality product purchase after the call. Alana will send you a personalized purchase order with the products she recommends for your skin. A list of your current acne products and daily eating habits will also be helpful in determining the root cause of the acne. After your initial consultation, check-ins are recommended every 2 weeks once enrolled in the virtual program, lasting about 30 minutes to evaluate skin progress and adjust home-care product strengths. The overall Face Reality clearing process typically spans 3 to 4 months (12 to 16 weeks) of consistent virtual monitoring and regimen updates.
